Patient Responsibilities

As a patient of Red Rocks Wellness, you agree to:

Fees and Payments

Payment for services:

  • Fees for services rendered are due at the time of service and/or monthly if enrolled in a membership plan.
  • We accept payment by cash, credit card, and HSA/FSA cards.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointment scheduling and cancellation policies:

  • Appointments should be scheduled in advance.
  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified time may result in a cancellation fee.
Membership Cancellation
Patients must notify our office of their intention to discontinue their membership as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges. Patients will be billed for the equivalent of the months' supply of medications that have been prescribed to them. This calculation is based on the number of months' worth of medication that has been dispensed and/or prescribed. Exceptions may be considered in cases of medical necessity or other extenuating circumstances. Patients are encouraged to discuss any concerns with their healthcare provider.
